How it works
The first step is an energy analysis of your building. That's done by a certified engineer at no costs to you. You get valuable information to use in needs, HVAC engineering, aesthetic enhancements and increased comfort and productivity levels for building occupants.

We then supply your design team with specific recommendations based on premium architectural- grade windows, entrances, skylights and curtain walls. Our program is supported by leading manufacturers of glazing and fenestration system.
Energy-saving technologies include:-

Green Architectural design concepts
High thermal value glazing systems. Exceptional U- values of between .12 and .20
Daylighting: We can show you how to maximize natural daylight while enhancing      shading coefficients using 'clear shading'.
Tuning, wavelength selective glazing products are chosen with respect to building orientations and climatic conditions.

In most cases, these techniques are so effective that you can achieve energy savings that actually exceed the monthly lease payments. Plus, you increase the effectiveness of any HVAC upgrades.
